Activists of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, the youth wing of BJP, allegedly vandalised a restaurant here claiming that "immoral activities" were going on from there, police said.
The protesters attacked the restaurant, Downtown Cafe, on P T Usha Road yesterday alleging that it was promoting immoral activities. The attack came after a local channel aired certain video footage about the restaurant.
The glass panes, furniture, television sets and some other properties were damaged by the attackers, police said.
A case has been registered but no arrest has been made so far, police added.
