More than three lakh people join campaign for Tibet issue

(CTA) claimed today that more than three lakh people have joined the campaign, which aims at drawing the international community's attention to the deteriorating human rights situation in Tibet.

The 'Solidarity with Tibet campaign 2012' which was called by Tibetan PM-in-exile Lobsang Sangay on Wednesday has so far received the support of 3,74,690 people through various social networking sites, the officials said here.

They said that the video on self-immolations has also been viewed by over 10,000 people within two days of its launch by CTA.
