The First Lady Michelle Obama wants to include more yoga in her fitness regime as she turns 50.
In an interview to People magazine, Michelle, who turns 50 on January 17, says she has tweaked her workout routine keeping in mind her 70s and 80s.
"I'm seeing myself shift from weight-bearing stuff - even though that continues to be important - and the heavy cardio and running, to things like yoga that will keep me flexible," said Michelle.

Michelle will be feted on Saturday at a dance party hosted by President Barack Obama at the White House.
