A woman, who was depressed due to prolonged illness, allegedly killed her three-year-old daughter before hanging herself at her west Delhi residence this morning.
32-year-old Manju Singh strangled her daughter Kanika with a stole and then hanged herself in her house in Nangloi, police said.
Manju is believed to have left a suicide note claiming that she was frustrated due to her illness.
Her husband Ashok works as a supervisor at a footwear brand.
