A man and his mother were killed in a road accident near Satkoha village on the Amritsar-Pathankot national highway today, police said.
Atleast six members of a family were coming from Jammu and Kashmir to Barriar village near here to meet their relative in a car when it collided with the truck near Satkoha village, they said.
The deceased have been identified as Rakesh Kumar (25) and his mother Vijay Rani (45), police said.
Rakesh's sisters Mamta (22) and Rajni (20), and another relative Deepak Kumar have been hospitalised, police said.
