The 25-year-old and her Chicago Bears quarterback fiance, 29, welcomed Camden Jack Cutler on August 8, reported Us magazine.
Shortly after reconciling following a brief split, the couple announced they were engaged and, in January, confirmed they were expecting their first child.
"Being a mom is the most incredible feeling. I am so in love with this little boy!" she said.
