MoU signed to augment trauma care facilities

The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Services has agreed to provide a one time non-recurring assistance of Rs 7.53 crore to the Indira Gandhi Government Hospital and Research Institute here to augment and strengthen its trauma care facilities.

In a release, Director of Health and Family Welfare Services here K V Raman said a Memorandum of Understanding was inked between Puducherry government and the Health Ministry today in Delhi in presence of Puducherry Health Minister Malladi Krishna Rao.
