Congress General Secretary Mohan Prakash today hit out at the BJP government in Madhya Pradesh, saying Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had done nothing but merely made announcements of all kinds.
"Chouhan has made so many announcements that I do not think that even he remembers all of them," the Congress general secretary told reporters at the Madhya Pradesh Congress office.
No monitoring system had been put in place to monitor Chouhan's announcements, he said, adding that this itself showed how serious Chouhan is about them.
He said under BJP rule in Madhya Pradesh, all people belonging to the working class, whether they were farmers, artisans or others lived in pathetic conditions.
The Congress General Secretary said his party hoped to win the support of these sections in the MP assembly elections slated to be held during November this year.
