MP CM grieves death of governor's son Shailesh Yadav

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has expressed profound grief over death of state Governor Ram Naresh Yadav's son in Lucknow today.

Shailesh Yadav, who was recently named as an accused in the multi-crore Vyapam scam in MP, was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his father's official residence in the Uttar Pradesh capital.

The chief minister prayed to give peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear the loss, an official release said, adding he has expressed solidarity with the governor's family in their hour of grief.

Chouhan also visited Bansal Hospital here where the governor has been undergoing treatment since last few days due to respiratory problem.
 

Hospital sources said the governor is not yet informed about the death of his son because of his condition.

Former state chief minister Kailash Joshi, finance minister Jayant Malaiya and some of his cabinet colleagues also visited the hospital.
