Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated several schemes and development projects worth Rs 135 crore apparently with an eye on a Lok Sabha bye-election likely to be held here between October and November.
He said that an engineering college named after former President the late A P J Abdul Kalam, would be opened in the district, adding, a model college named after a former BJP Jhabua MP, the late Dilip Singh Bhuria would also be opened.
The Jhabua bypolls have been necessitated due to demise of Bhuria, who was one of the tribal faces of BJP.
