A 41-year-old COVID-19 patient
died in Indore on Monday, taking the toll in Madhya Pradesh to four, an official said.
The man, who was a resident of Rajkumar Colony, was admitted to a private hospital here on March 23 and tested positive for coronavirus on March 26.
He was referred to Manorama Raje TB Hospital on Sunday evening where he died, an official of Government Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College said, adding that the man was also diabetic.
So far, 47 coronavirus cases have been reported from the state.
Of these, four patients - two each from Indore and Ujjain - have died.
As of now, 43 patients are being treated in different hospitals of the state.
