Madhya Pradesh government today approved revised sanction of Rs 346.75 crore to construct the Vallabh Bhawan Annexe (state secretariat) here.
The sanction was granted by state cabinet at its meeting chaired by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, an official release said.
"The cabinet gave revised sanction of Rs 346.75 crore for construction of Mantralaya Vallabh Bhavan annexe. The sanction has been accorded on the recommendation of the project examination committee of the Urban Administration and Environment Department," the release said.

The cabinet also sanctioned creation of 208 posts in various departments including 62 posts for the Vidhan Sabha Secretariat, the release said.
It also sanctioned 83 posts for Directorate of Local Fund Audit including one post of Additional Director, seven posts of Joint Director, 12 posts of Assistant Director and 63 posts of Assistant Auditors, the release said.
The cabinet decided to create 34 posts in the Directorate of Integrated Child Development Service and nine additional posts in Directorate of Women's Empowerment and also gave its nod to create 14 new posts to strengthen the Directorate of Medical Education.
It also decided to give a one-time relaxation in ban on direct recruitment to fill up 470 posts in teachers' training institutes of the Rajya Shiksha Kendra.
In all, 226 vacancies of lecturers, 106 posts of senior lecturers, 120 posts of assistant professors and 18 posts of professors would be filled up by the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission.
