Three persons were killed and another was injured today when their SUV collided with a truck at Voi Ghati near Pandhurna on the national highway 47, police said.
The victims were on their way to Udaipur from Raipur (Chhattisgarh) to take part in a religious function when the mishap occurred, Pandhurna police station in-charge Ratnesh Mishra said.
The deceased persons were identified as Prashant Shukla, Jawahar Jatav and Suryakant Tiwari, while Vineet Tiwari suffered serious injuries and was admitted in a hospital in Pandhurna.
