Incubation centres for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) will be set up in all 33 districts of Rajasthan, Union Minister Kalraj Mishra said today.

"It is true that only through MSMEs can we fulfill the vision of Prime Minister of makingIndia a manufacturing hub. Small industries not only provide jobs but also promote entrepreneurship," the Union MSME Minister said on the second day of the 'Resurgent Rajasthan' summit here.

He added that his ministry has taken several initiatives to simplify the registration process for MSMEs.

Mishra and Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje also launched the state's MSME policy at a session 'MSME: Growth Engine for Make in India - Opportunities and Challenges'.

Vasundhara Raje said that her government has given special focus to the MSME sector.

"Just looking at big industries and ignoring small ones is not good. There was a time when big was better but 'small' is the new big," Raje said.
