Claiming that the Third Front will form the next government at the Centre, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today said his father and Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav "is the fittest person to be the Prime Minister".
Addressing an election rally at Fatehabad, about 25 km from Agra in western UP, Akhilesh said, "Netaji (Mulayam) has a great deal of experience. He has been chief minister of the state and the defence minister of the country and is the fittest person to be the Prime Minister."
Akhilesh claimed that his party was ahead after the first two phases of polling in the state and would maintain the lead in future.

A few days ago, the SP supremo had said that he would stake claim for the prime minister's post. He had told PTI that SP would emerge as the largest party in the Third Front government and he would stake his claim.
