Attacking BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav today alleged that a man who "changes his kurta" five times a day, would not know about the pains of the poor.
Addressing a rally after filing his nomination today for Azamgarh Lok Sabha seat, Mulayam said that Modi's professed sympathy towards farmers about development is a "bunch of lies".
He said that Modi should compete with SP on the parameters of development.

Taking a dig at Modi, he said that if a "chaiwala" was contesting from Varanasi, then SP has fielded a "paanwala".
He said that a person "gets vitamin C by chewing paan", whereas tea was harmful for the health.
Mulayam claimed that as compared to Uttar Pradesh, farmers get costly fertiliser and power in Gujarat and alleged that during Modi's rule in Gujarat 7,000 people had died due to starvation.
He claimed that UP was better from Gujarat in every term.
The SP supremo alleged that majority of the industrialists of the country were in Gujarat and Modi was contesting election "on their money power".
