Socialist leader and Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav was today discharged from a top private hospital of Gurgaon after being treated for abdomen infection and viral fever.
The 75-year-old former Uttar Pradesh chief minister was admitted to Medicity Medanta Hospital yesterday around 8.40 AM.
"The leader was diagnosed with abdomen infection and viral fever," said sources from the Hospital where he underwent treatment.

Yadav underwent several tests including ultrasound and CT scan and his diagnosis process was being monitored by senior cardiologist Dr Naresh Trehan.
The SP leader had undergone a routine check up three days ago at the hospital here, according to the sources.
Yadav was admitted to the hospital yesterday again. "He has been advised three-day rest," said sources.
