Two new municipal corporations for Ayodhya-Faizabad and Mathura-Vrindavan will come up soon, the Utta Pradesh government decided today.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the state cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath here.
The idea behind the decision is to provide better amenities to pilgrims, cabinet minister Shrikant Sharma told reporters.
