Congress leader K H Muniyappa and AIADMK's P Venugopal were inducted as members of the Panel of Chairmen in the Lok Sabha today.
Speaker Sumitra Mahajan announced this in the House saying they would replace K V Thomas of Congress and AIADMK leader M Thambidurai.
Thambidurai was elected Deputy Speaker, while Thomas took over as Chairman of Public Accounts Committee earlier this year.
