"We shall form a special team to solve this case and it will be solved with the arrest of killers, whosoever they are," SSP Preshant Kumar, who has directed to reopen the case, told PTI.
Atul was found murdered on October 23, 2010, near Kavi Nagar police station and his case was closed by the local police after 19 months of investigation because of insufficient clues.
