Prices of mustard and cottonseed oils rose by Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today following pick up in retailers demand.
Linseed oil in the non-edible section, also moved up on fresh enquiries from consuming industries.
Traders said increased demand from retailers amid restricted arrivals from producing belts mainly attributed the rise in mustard and cottonseed oil prices.

Cottonseed mill delivery (Haryana) oil also traded higher by Rs 100 to Rs 5,850 per quintal.
Among non-edible oils, linseed found buying support from paint and other consuming industries and gained Rs 50 to Rs 8,550 per quintal.
