Mustard oil weakened by Rs 50 per quintal in an otherwise steady wholesale oils and oilseeds market today on sluggish demand from local parties.
However, other edible and non-edible oils traded in a narrow range in scattered deals and settled around previous levels.
Traders said subdued demand from local parties led to decline in mustard oil prices.
