Prices of mustard and palmolein oil firmed up by Rs 50 at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today due to pick up in demand from retailers.
Linseed oil, in the non-edible section, also moved up on rising demand from paint industries.
Traders said besides pick up in demand from retailers, restricted supplies from producing regions mainly led to the rise in mustard and palmolein oil prices.
