The 53-year-old director of "Dark Shadows" said that his new vampire comedy starring Johnny Depp is worth the admission fee, reported Contactmusic.
"It is cheaper than the West End theatre, it is cheaper than many sporting events, it is cheaper than drugs, it is cheaper than alcohol," he said.
Burton attended the UK premiere of the movie last night at the Empire Cinema in London, where he walked the purple carpet along with his movie's stars.
