MyCFO raises Rs 6.21 cr in Series A funding

Financial implementation services company MyCFO, run by WealthTree Advisors, today said it has raised Rs 6.21 crore in a first strategic round (Series A) of funding.

The investment was led by Monik Koticha, second generation entrepreneur from founder promoter of ASK Group, who will hold a significant minority stake in the company, a statement said.

With this fund infusion, MyCFO plans to bring in senior talent, use technology to productise its existing services and expand its geographical reach, it said.

Localbanya Partners with Vinculum Solutions * Online grocery shopping portal www.Localbanya.Com today announced partnering with Noida-based IT company Vinculum Solutions for its back-end fulfillment requirements.
 

The e-commerce firm currently has operations in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad and Noida.

Localbanya is looking to expand rapidly across India in 2015.

Localbanya is utilising its third round of funding earlier this year by investing in core technology and infrastructure developments to handle its growth plans.

Tata Teleservices appoints Anuraag Srivastava as CFO * Telecom operator Tata Teleservices today announced the appointment of Anuraag Srivastava as the Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Srivastava has 20 years of experience as a finance professional. Prior to joining Tata Teleservices, he served Indus Towers as Senior Vice President of Internal Audit and Assurance.
