The National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) has imposed sanctions on 14 sportspersons who are found guilty of violating the anti-doping rules.
Seven powerlifters, five weightlifters and one each from athletics and kabaddi have been found guilty and handed a four-year suspension last month by the Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel, according to a NADA release.
The athletes, who were found guilty of violating the anti doping rules, were given opportunity to present themselves before the disciplinary panel and explain their cases on the date and time fixed by the panel for hearing.
