Nagaland Governor P B Acharya today called upon the ex-servicemen to strengthen the hands of the government towards achieving permanent peace in the state.
"There is a need for permanent peace to prevail in the state, and the present government is trying hard to bring peace. So as Ex-Servicemen, you should work towards strengthening the hands of the government," the governor said.
He was addressing a gathering of ex-servicemen organised for seven districts of Nagaland at Military Station, Jakhama, about 18 kms from here.
