Hollywood star Naomi Watts has said that she knew that the biographical drama 'Diana', in which she played the tittle role, was a sinking ship.
The 45-year-old actress said that she was seduced by the prospect of playing the role of Princess Diana in the movie that journeys through the last two years of her life, reported Digital Spy.
"There were problems with the film and it ended up taking a direction that was not the one I was hoping for. With risk there is every chance it's going to fail. If you have to go down with that sinking ship, so be it," she said.
The movie directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel and was released in 2013.
