Healthcare provider Narayana Hrudayalaya today said it has entered into a pact with Dharamshila Cancer Foundation & Research Centre for providing healthcare services.

Narayana Hrudayalaya Surgical Hospital Pvt Ltd, company's wholly-owned arm, has entered into definitive agreements with Dharamshila Cancer Foundation & Research Centre (DCFRC) for the provision of healthcare services at 'Dharamshila Hospital & Research Centre' in Delhi, Narayana Hrudayalaya said in a filing to BSE.

The company however did not provide any financial details of the pact.

"The facility, presently an oncology focused unit, would be upgraded to a state of the art super-speciality tertiary care unit," it added.
