Actress Natalie Portman says the discussion on gender disparity may have become widespread, but women have a long way to go to gender-neutral equal opportunity and pay.
The 34-year-old actress said the lack of female directors is her major concern, reported People magazine.
"For myself I feel excited about the opportunities I have, but I am concerned that there's not more female directors... We still have a lot more work to do.

However, she is happy that people are having a conversation about it.
