The NDC delegation included senior civil and military officers from India, Afghanistan, Singapore and the UK, an official press release said today.
During the meeting, the governor spoke at length about Sikkim and its achievements across various fields.
The Governor also highlighted the harmony between culture, democracy and good governance, as essential components for progress, the release said.
The visiting group expressed their appreciation and admiration of the progress and development that they have witnessed in the State during their visit, the release said.
