Himachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker BBL Butail today said that a National E-Vidhan Academy will be set up in Tapovan in Dharamsala, where Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha is situated.
Talking to PTI, he said the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs in Delhi have already permittedin principle for setting up of the National academy.
He said Himachal is the first state to introduce paperless e-working in Dharamsala andShimla assemblies.

He said, "after examining its successful working, the permission to establish national academywas given by the centre."
The academy in Dharamsala will train MPs, MLAs and the staff of such institutions from different states in the country, he said.
Butail said a high level meeting of the state officials will be held in Tapovan at Dharamsala on July 16 to prepare the draft of National E-Vidhan academy in Dharamsala.
