BJP President Amit Shah has said that national interest was the priority for his party in Jammu and Kashmir where anti-national activities would not be allowed.
The country had given the BJP a very big responsibility in J-K where it will not compromise on national interest, Shah said addressing BJP workers in his assembly constituency Naranpura yesterday.
Gujarat BJP spokesperson Harshad Patel denied reports that Shah had said anything about breaking BJP's alliance with PDP during his address and maintained that the party President had merely said that national interest is the party's priority and that BJP will not allow anti-national activities in the state.
