Real estate developer Navin's Housing and Properties plans to foray into newer geographies over the next three years and intend to take up over six million square foot projects, a top company official said.
According to Navin's Housing and Properties, Managing Director R Kumar the company would adopt "franchise models" for its proposal to expand to newer markets.
"Anyone can join hands with us. We will offer the guidelines and they will be the business owners of that project. It will be co-branded. We are taking this model to reach more people," Kumar told reporters here.

He said such Joint Venture projects would be undertaken outside Chennai city while Navin's would focus on projects in the city.
Navin's Housing and Properties Director Viswajith Kumar said the the company would also look at taking up commercial projects. "What we want is that in the next five years, commercial projects will be 10 per cent of our total business," he said.
The city-based property developer has completed over 100 projects over 2.5 million square foot, during the last 25 years and a new mascot was also released on the occasion.
