An alleged hardcore Naxal Jagjivan
Kol alias Vijay Yadav with a cash reward of Rs 20,000 on his head was arrested in Sonebhadra district of Uttar Pradesh in the wee hours today.
Kol (28), an active member of Rambali Kharvar gang, was arrested from near Naraindeeh Rapta Chalka culvert under Chopan police station area, police here said.
A carbine and cartridges were seized from Kol, who belongs to Rohtas district of Bihar, they said.
Kol frequently visited the district to motivate tribal youths to join his gang, according to police.
