The order was issued by justice C T Ravikumar on a petition filed by police here.
The Sub-Inspector submitted that the accused, Deepa Cherian, who is also known as Shahina, had allegedly confessed that she stayed with the third accused Naushad in West Bengal's Solapur and Murishadbad areas bordering Bangladesh.
She has to be taken there as part of evidence collecting for which more time was needed.
The 31-year-old accused was arrested on July 11.
She had allegedly handed over the SIMs to Noushad, arrested when he was found possessing about 3,000 ampules of tranquilisers and lodged in the Ernakulam sub jail, during one of her visits to the prison.
Naushad later handed over the SIMs to Nazir for making International calls from the Ernakulam sub jail.
The National Investigation Agency has begun a probe to find out the persons whom Nazir had spoken to using the cards, sources said.
