Star hoopster Chris Bosh, who helped Miami Heat to defend the National Basketball Association (NBA) title successfully this season, will be on a four-day visit to the city later this month to conduct a variety of events to promote the growth of the game in the country.
During his short tour from July 16 to 19, the eight-time All-Star, who has won the Larry O'Brien NBA Championship trophy in back-to-back seasons, will bring the trophy and give fans a chance to take pictures with it, besides conducting coaching clinics, a media release said today.
"I am excited for the chance to visit India and help build interest in the game I love," said Bosh ahead of his visit.
