NBCC (India) today said it has bagged an order worth Rs 250 crore from the Steel Authority of India (SAIL) for the construction of Ispat post-graduate medical institute and super-speciality hospital at Rourkela steel plant in Odisha.
Spread across three lakh sq ft, the proposed hospital will have 156 beds accommodating super-specialities like cardiology, cardiac surgery, neurology and nephrology, the company said in a release.
NBCC will plan and design the building as a steel intensive structure and execute the works as project management consultant using green and energy-efficient technologies.

Nandan was earlier serving as the head of property consulting at Dubai-based Sobha, and has also held leadership roles with Colliers International, Liases Foras, Housing.com, Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle, among others, the property consultancy said in a statement.

******************** BoM to offer Cibil score-based vehicle, home loans *
Bank of Maharashtra today announced preferential pricing for vehicle and housing loans for consumers having high Cibil score.
The lender is offering a home loan to a consumer with a Cibil score of 750 at an interest rate of 8.85 per cent, the bank said.
It is offering a four-wheeler vehicle loan to the same consumer at 9.25 per cent.
Cibil score is a three-digit numeric summary of the credit information report based on past credit behaviour and repayment history and ranges from 300 to 900.
