NBW against two women trustees of Park Instiutions

: A lower court in nearby Avinashi today issued Non-Bailable Warrants against two women trustees of Park Institutions here in connection with a criminal case related to lease of land.

The Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi, in nearby Tirupur district, had issued summons to four trustees--Ravi, his wife Prema Ravi, daughter Anusha Ravi and son Karthi to appear before it today in connection with the case.

Since Anusha and Prema failed to appear before the Court, the JM issued NBWs against them and posted the case to Jan 8.

The case filed by one T N P Muthoo Natarajan,Trustee and Treasurer of Tirupur Educational Foundation Trust against the four alleged several offences under various sections of IPC.
 

Natarajan alleged they had created false and fabricated lease deeds as if five acres of land with building originally belonging to them was that of Park Trust and unlawfully leased it to a matriculation school run by them for 45 years from 2002 for a meagre rent of Rs 100 per month when the actual rent was a sum of Rs 75,000.
