Activists of the youth wing of National Conference accused Khan of using vulgar language against party MLC Vijay Bakaya during a meeting of the House committee on land acquisition in Srinagar.
Slamming the PDP leadership, Working President of J&K National Conference Minority Cell Anil Dhar strongly condemned the action of the PDP MLC as "highly obnoxious and shameful".
He said the use of unparliamentary language against the senior NC leader spoke volumes about the degree of frustration in the PDP leadership.
