Opposition PDP in Jammu and Kashmir today said NC-Congress government has become synonymous with mis-governance and corruption saying the rule of law has "collapsed completely" in the state.
"Those at the helm of the affairs in the state are brazenly indulged into looting public exchequer," PDP candidate for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha seat, Yash Pal Sharma said while addressing series of public meetings here.
"NC-Congress partnership is a directionless coalition," he said and sought public support for PDP to help develop the state.
