"The NC-Congress alliance has failed on all fronts, corruption and nepotism are being promoted in its tenure and the common man was suffering due to the wrong policies of the state government," Vice President of PDP Youth Wing, Rajinder Singh Manhas, said addressing a gathering at Preet Nagar here.
PDP is committed towards the development of the state and people, he said.
During its regime in the state, PDP had taken decisions to benefit youths, Manhas said.
