Terming the ruling coalition in Jammu and Kashmir a "zero performance government", People's Democratic Party today said that the NC-led regime had failed completely on all fronts due to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah's lack of experience.

"The NC-led regime has failed completely on all fronts due to (Omar's) lack of experience," PDP's candidate for the Jammu -Poonch Lok Sabha seat, Yash Pal Sharma, said during a series of public meetings at Ambedkar Nagar and Nardani Raipur in the Raipur-Domana Assembly segment today.

"A young CM required proper training to handle a sensitive state like J-K," he said, adding that the performance of the present government had suffered due to internal bickering.

"This is not a coalition but a collusion regime where the parties lack consensus on important issues," he charged. National Conference and Congress are allies in power in J-K.

Describing the ministers of the ruling coalition as paper tigers, Sharma slammed them for having allegedly failed to deliver on the ground.

He also hit out at the apathetic attitude of the government towards the plight of unemployed youth, saying it had failed to take any action to even advertise the 50,000-odd vacancies in the various government departments.
