NC leader Shahbul Haq Bhat joined PDP in the presence of PDP patron and former chief minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed at a party function in Doda.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhat expressed faith in PDP leadership and said he was impressed by the policies and programmes of the party.
