NC to sweep upcoming Assembly polls in J-K: Rana

National Conference will emerge as a force to reckon with in 2014 as the party will sweep the Assembly polls across the state, party's provincial president Devender Singh Rana said today.

"NC will emerge as a force to reckon with in 2014 elections," Rana said here.

The NC leader was confident of party performing well in the Jammu region by bagging maximum number of seats.

We will field dedicated and committed party candidates, he said.

On being asked about the possibilities of an alliance with the Congress, Rana said the decision in this regard will be taken by the party president Farooq Abdullah.
 

Prominent leader of PoK Refugees Rajiv Chuni, along with a large number of his supporters joined NC at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhavan here in Rana's presence.

To a question about problems confronted to PoK refugees, he said his party has already raised their genuine cause at the highest political and executive level in the country.
