Endorsing the views of party chief and Union Agricultural Minister Sharad Pawar, former Minister and NCP state president Thakur Randhir Singh said if black money was retrieved and infused into the system, it would benefit all sections of society.

Earlier, the NCP chief had said the funds raised by the government were not sufficient for the development works. "If the black money is retrieved and included in the country's development process, it will be used to benefit everyone, be school children, farmers, labourers, lower castes, tribals and bring change to their lives", Pawar was quoted as stating after meeting Ramdev in New Delhi yesterday.

Pointing out that the state NCP had always supported Ramdev's movement, Randhir said, his party had asked for a Public Service Delivery Guarantee Act, apart from a strong and competent Lokpal and Lokayukta.

"The most important issue of the nation is that there should be a fast track court in every state and verdicts should be delivered within a year and the ill gotten money should be confiscated", Randhir asserted.

He added that the most significant national issue is to "save the nation from the nexus between corrupt politicians, bureaucrats, black marketers and their henchmen" in the corporate and other sectors.
