NCP MLA collapses during function, hospitalised

NCP MLA and former Maharashtra minister Dilip Valse Patil was today admitted to a city hospital after he collapsed during a function here, hospital sources said.

The condition of Patil, who apparently suffered a mild heart attack, was stated to be "stable", party sources said.

Patil, a former state Assembly Speaker, felt restless and collapsed while making a speech at the function organised by Katraj Dairy here, city NCP president Vandana Chavan told PTI.
