"I have not received any notice so far. I can only react after seeing the notice," the Tamil Nadu Congress Committee president said.
Elangovan also refused to comment about AIADMK supremo Jayalalithaa's appeal to party workers today to end their state-wide protests against Elangovan for his alleged derogatory remarks over her August 7 meeting with Modi at Chennai.
It may be recalled that soon after Elangovan's alleged remarks on Aug 14, AIADMK workers launched protests across Tamil Nadu, burning his effigies at many places, while others staged protests in front of his homes at Chennai and Tiruchirapalli and also at Congress party office at Chennai.
