Broadcasting major New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) today reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 24.29 crore for the first quarter ended June 30.
The company had reported a net loss of Rs 1.49 crore in the same period of previous fiscal, NDTV said in a statement.
Total income from operations also declined to Rs 120.01 crore as compared to Rs 147.42 crore in the same period of previous fiscal, it added.

Meanwhile, in a first round of investor funding, NDTV has raised close to USD 80 million for its new e-commerce ventures in Gadgets and Car & Bike, the statement said.
NDTV shares today ended 2.17 per cent up at Rs 127.40 apiece on the BSE.
