NDTV reports Rs 26.89 cr net loss for July-Sept quarter

Media firm New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) today reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 26.89 crore for July-September quarter of the current financial year.

The consolidated net loss after taxes and minority interest during the July-September period of 2013-14 was Rs 15.26 crore.

Total income from operations during the quarter under review stood at Rs 110.38 crore, up from Rs 106.19 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal, NDTV said in a statement.

Revenue from television, media and related operations increased to Rs 108.83 crore during the three month period, from Rs 107.42 crore in the comparable quarter of the last fiscal.
 

Shares of NDTV closed at Rs 113.65, down 2.28 per cent over previous close on the BSE.
